CULLOWHEE, NC - Micah Wells, of Ludowici has been named to the Western Carolina University Spring 2025 Chancellor’s List.
Wells was among more than 2,900 students to achieve this honor. To qualify for the Chancellor’s List, students must earn a GPA of 3.8 or higher. Students named to the Chancellor’s List are also named to the Dean’s List.

DAHLONEGA - Breanna Finif of Midway has been named to the President’s Honor Roll at the University of North Georgia (UNG) for achieving a 4.0 grade point average during spring 2025.
Dr. Michael P. Shannon, president of UNG, recognized students who reached this academic achievement during the spring 2025 semester. Students enrolled in 12 or more credit hours in bachelor’s degree programs who achieved a 4.0 grade point average were named to the President’s Honor Roll. Students enrolled in associate degree or dual enrollment programs who met the same level of achievement were named to the President’s List.

JACKSONVILLE, Ala. Taylor Holt of Hinesville has been named to the President’s List at Jacksonville State University for their outstanding academic performance over the Spring 2025 semester. To be named to the President’s List, students must earn a perfect 4.0 GPA for the semester while completing at least 12 hours of GPA course credit.
