Kacey Howard, a top-producing sales associate at Seabolt Real Estate in Savannah, recently closed on a significant $3.8 million residential sale at 1654 Dublin Drive, a luxury home located in the exclusive Ford Field and River Club in Richmond Hill. Howard represented the seller in the transaction.

The Ford Field and River Club is a golf and sporting club built upon a natural preserve that is also the historic site of automobile magnate Henry Ford’s winter estate. Prior to joining Seabolt Real Estate in 2022, Howard served as a longtime sales associate for The Ford Field and River Club. Today, she continues to represent buyers and sellers at the award-winning community. Earlier this year, she represented the buyers and sellers in the $2.05 million sale of 552 Myrtle Grove Lane and $1.9 million sale of 165 Belted Kingfisher Lane.
