The City of Hinesville invites the community to celebrate culture, music, and diversity at the annual Small World Festival on Saturday, March 28, from noon to 9 p.m. at Bradwell Park.
The day will feature a vibrant lineup of performances representing cultures from around the world. From noon to 4 p.m., attendees can enjoy a variety of cultural dance performances, followed by a live DJ from 4-6 p.m.
The evening transitions into an adults-only concert experience beginning at 6 p.m. Singer- songwriter Nicole Leslie will take the stage from 6-7 p.m., bringing her signature blend of soulful vocals and engaging performance style (learn more: https://www. instagram.com/nicole lesliemusic/).
Headlining the night is JD Music Group, performing from 8-9 p.m. Fronted by Jawan Mathis, the band delivers a dynamic mix of funk-infused soul, blues, and pop. The group features Jawan Mathis on lead vocals, Derrick Major Larry on drums, Terrance Williams on lead guitar, Billy Thompson on keys, and Travis Echols on keys.
The adults-only portion of the event is designed to give parents and adults an opportunity to enjoy an evening out in downtown Hinesville. Food trucks will be on-site, and beer and wine will be available for purchase for guests 21 and older with valid ID.
