Keep Liberty Beautiful
America Recycles Day is celebrated annually on November 15, and in 2025, it will fall on a Saturday. This day promotes recycling and encourages individuals to pledge to reduce, reuse, and recycle.
Keep Liberty Beautiful (KLB) is celebrating the entire month. Recycling isn’t just about turning old materials into something new. It’s about protecting the planet we call home. Every can, bottle, and piece of paper you recycle helps conserve natural resources, save energy, and reduce pollution. It’s one of the simplest, most powerful ways to make a difference in our community and beyond.
Recycling is not only beneficial for the environment, but it’s also easy to do. Keep Liberty Beautiful (KLB) is here to make it even easier, with tools, tips, and community events designed to help you recycle smarter, and not harder. Once you start, you’ll see how naturally it fits into your daily routine. Just start with a few items, and soon recycling will become second nature.
Think recycling takes too much time? Think again! With a little organization, it’s as effortless as tossing something in the trash.
You must ensure that you use a different bin. Liberty County offers a county-operated drop-off system, and KLB even provides a free three-bag set to help you sort recyclables at home. The bags can hang in your pantry or on cabinet knobs, ready whenever you are. Please stop by one of our Recycle It! Fairs on Saturday, November 15, to pick up your free set. Recycle It!
