The Long County Lady Blue Tide volleyball team had a historic 2025 season after winning a team-record 15 games and qualifying for the state playoffs for the first time in history.
After a successful 2025 season, five players were given all-region honors. One player was named to the all-Region 3-AAA first team while two others each earned second team and honorable mention honors.
Tide senior Rozlynn Onnen was named to the all-region first team after making a big impact for the Lady Tide this season. A middle blocker, she was named all-region after just her first season with the Lady Tide after transferring in over the summer.
During the 2025 season, led the team in blocks with 15 and kills with 90. Onnen’s kill percentage was 69.2%, on 130 attempts.
On the Second Team were junior libero Maliah Canete and sophomore middle blocker Sofia Caldelas. Making honorable mention were senior setter Trinity Mook and senior defensive specialist Janely Scott
The Lady Tide will their fifth season in 2026 with Canete and Caldelas returning to lead the charge.
