The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Dulce Delicia on Friday, October 3, at its new location, 725 E Oglethorpe Highway in Hinesville.
Dulce Delicia, previously located on South Main Street, is a local bakery and specialty shop offering freshly baked goods along with a variety of authentic Latin foods. With their move to a larger, more visible space, the owners hope to better serve their customers, while continuing to share the rich flavors and traditions that make Dulce Delicia special.
Chamber representatives congratulated the owners on their new location and growth.
“We are excited to see Dulce Delicia expand into this beautiful new space,” said Liberty County Chamber of Commerce Executive Board member Jimmy Shanken “They bring unique cultural flavors to Liberty County, and we look forward to seeing them thrive in this new chapter.”
Pasquinel Ortiz, owner of Dulce Delicia, expressed gratitude to those in attendance.
“This move has been a dream of ours for some time,” Ortiz said. “We are thankful for the support of our loyal customers and the warm welcome from the Chamber and community. Our hope is that this new location allows even more people to enjoy what Dulce Delicia has to offer.”
