INDIANAPOLIS – The Liberty County High School FFA Chapter has been recognized as a 3-star chapter in the 2026 National Chapter Award Program from the National FFA Organization. Receiving this recognition is truly a mark of their exceptionalism, as less than 10% of chapters nationwide earn this honor each year.
The program recognizes outstanding FFA chapters throughout the country that actively implement the mission and strategies of FFA. These chapters improve local operations using the National Quality FFA Chapter Standards and a Program of Activities that emphasizes growing leaders, building communities, and strengthening agriculture. Chapters are rewarded for providing educational experiences for the entire membership and community. The LCHS FFA chapter’s Program of Activities and National Chapter Application, built by the officers and advisor, were reviewed to achieve this award.
Chapters that received star ratings during judging this summer will be recognized at the 99th National FFA Convention and Expo on Oct 21-24.
Honors received by all star-rated FFA chapters are made possible by corporate sponsors Bayer, Cargill Protein, John Deere, New Holland, Rabobank and Syngenta.
