Mayor Sarah Hayes, Mayor pro tem Mitchell Boston, and Council members Bridgette Kelly and Patrick Underwood joined the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the Liberty County Kiwanis Club, which dedicated and installed a Little Lending Library on the grounds of Walthourville City Hall. This special library is uniquely designed to serve the community by offering books specifically se-lected for children with special needs, promoting literacy, inclusion, and a love of reading for all.
