City sets hours for trick-or-treating
Trick or treat

Official trick-or-treating hours have been set for October 31, and the City of Hinesville also is making preparations for one of its biggest annual events.

City council members have set trick-or-treating hours on Halloween for 6-8 p.m.

On October 30, the Hinesville Downtown Development Authority is holding the 17th annual Scarecrow Stroll from 6-9 p.m., which will take up several downtown blocks around Bradwell Park.

Among the attractions will be the trick-or-treat trail, a costume contest, a hayride, a bounce zone, a food truck park and a sensory central.
