Hurricane Isaias is expected to make landfall later today along the Gulf coast, and it will bring rain and wind to coastal Georgia.
The National Weather Service is calling for a chance of showers before 2 p.m., then a chance of showers and thunderstorms between 2 and 5 p.m., then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 5 p.m. Wind gusts could reach as high as 24 mph.
Showers and possibly a thunderstorm are expected tonight, with winds out of the east from 11-15 mph and gusts as high as 28 mph. Rainfall amounts could be up to 2 inches.
On Saturday, showers and thunderstorms are likely before 3 p.m., with showers likely and thunderstorms possible between 3 and 4 p.m. There is a chance of showers and storms after 4 p.m. Winds will be out of the southeast from 10-13 mph, with gusts up 23 mph.
Showers are likely, with storms possible, between 8 p.m. and 2 a.m., with a chance of showers after 2 a.m. and wind gusts up to 20 mph.
